@ AaronT Being a Mod can certainly be rewarding, especially when working with new members and helping them get started. I still have some of the Eleocharis sp that you sold me 2.5 years ago!

@houseofcards LOL! You know I think I got my first plants on a forum from you! Blyxa japonica and Java Moss, the Blyxa continues today in my tanks! When I took the first of it into GSAS I think it was the first Blyxa a member had brought in.

Thanks to both of you, members like you guys contribute to the success of APC!

@Newt Like the previous members that have posted; you are another of the APC members that regularly "steps up" and offers your experiences to help others.

I think the helpfulness of the members here at APC is what makes it so great!

I still wonder where all the other longterm members have gone. I think its better than the others sites for many reasons.

@Aquaticz & Newt Thanks; I find helping others is fun and rewarding. It is great seeing a before and after picture of an aquarium after a member has resolved their issues.

@ davemonkey - Thanks Dave! I want to put a little more effort in the local club this spring; among my responsibilities in the club I am the chairman of the GSAS Home Show where I set up and coordinate a group of GSAS members visiting member homes and judging the aquariums; we do a video and pictures. This is coming up in January. Speaking of pictures, I hope we get to see pictures of the Fish Room in your new home when you get settled.

@Bert H - Thanks Bert, I appreciate that. Sometimes being a Mod seemed like a thankless job, then there were those moments that were priceless!
