Default refunds?

Hello, can anyone help me with a refund from a member here that hasn't returned word about selling plants here. I paid the day of sale (over a week ago) and haven't heard from him since (only that he would send monday but didn't and promised Tuesday). I've wrote several private messeges to him but he does not reply. I have received no tracking number or plants for that matter. Thank you, I would greatly appreciate some help.

Hello,

Please review the For Sale rules. Although the staff tries to provide as safe an environment as possible for sales and purchases on the forum, we have no ability to mediate or assist in transactions that have not worked out.

You have the option of filing a complaint with paypal if you used their service for the purchase.

You may also use the I-trader function to show the outcome of the transaction to other members. Best of luck!
