Need Help with old password

I really need some support help here. Evidently sometime in the past I registered at this site. Since I have no memory of the user name or password, I have tried every way I can think of to get this old information to log on again. Have never had an answer from any of the various emails. I can't set up a new account in my own name because the site recognizes my email address, says I have an account for that email address, and gives me the (unanswered) option of requesting the old password. Obviously, one can't post to this thread without being able to log on (posing quite a puzzle for those who need help). A friend let me set up a new account on her PC in her name, which I am using to post this request for help. My actual name, which I'd use if I could is Ellen O'Connell. If someone would send information on how to get around this problem to Sue Samson's account, I'd sure appreciate it.
