Other websites do not say how many plants, stems, pots, etc. a "plant" comes with.
I would bet that most of those other websites you visit have an email address for contacting someone. If you want to know how much you're going to get, I would ask them. If they don't answer or are rude to you, go somewhere else.

I would exhaust all American options before ordering plants from an overseas seller.

So interesting how opinions differ in sucha great range. My personal exp with them has always been good to great; ranging from small $50 order to over $100's.........They always place plants in air-filled bags, sealed, and labeled. And I live in Houston, Texas......ordered before from Spring to Summer. Plants always arrive within 2 weeks.

Anyways, I do understand the frustration one can feel when things do not turn out as expected.....

***case in point, time for us to have something similar to Tropica in the States(Florida nurs, are you listening???)***

Is this whole post really appropiate in their sponsor forum? I sure wouldn't want to be a sponsor here if this was going to happen. At least shouldn't there be another place on APC for this conversation? If you are going to order plants mail order from 10 thousand miles away, how much responsibility does the buyer have?
No, it's not appropriate for all of the reasons you've mentioned. The sponsor forums are here for our sponsors to post ads and to answer questions about their products. Please resolve any personal issues in private.

I've moved this thread to the APC Polls forum. Everyone has had their say at this point so I'm locking this thread before it gets out of control.
