Default ADA Glassware Help

I think it would be very helpful if the application descriptions of the ADA glassware products were:

A) More thorough
B) More application oriented

For example, a matrix of all the various (V-0, V-1, pool, 13mm, 17mm etc) Lily Pipe Inflows and Outflows that shows what filters they attach to and what aquarium sizes they fit. They are great products that can be used on other tanks besides the ADA tanks. The matrix should let you easily discern which pipes you need for say a 20 long that will be side mounted using a Fluval 101 filter. Once the matrix was created it's would be easy for folks to figure out what they need and just order it.

An even simpler thing to do would be to just give thorough prodcut dimensions in the descriptions. I cant't tell how long the pipe is and what the arc width is on a 13mm V-1 inflow for example.

ADA has great products, but figuring out what you need in a certail application is a pain. Jeff is very responsive to emails, but how many times does he have to answer the same questions?

Sorry about any confusion. I will get to work on that right away. I agree there could be more there, but I did try and give some tank size ranges and Eheim model and tubing diameter references in terms of what fits what. Not every Lily Pipe had this because I did not have those specs from ADA at the time I was setting up the site. Be sure and check the Tech Specs and Extended Info tabs next to the Description tab when available.

I will kick it up a notch, though.

No need to apologize Jeff, your site is wonderful. This was just a recommendation. Most of the info is there, it's the subtle stuff like; will the arc of the tubes fit over the rim of my particular tank? or why are there different versions and what's the functional difference between them? That kind of stuff. I want to buy a set of lily pipes for a standard 20 long and have a Fluval 101 filter. I was trying to figure out which to order without having to send you an email or post it up here and It was hard to figure out (still not sure, but then again I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed)

This is EXACTLY what I was talking about. Nice job. One extra column with a description i.e. what does "pool" mean?

"pool" is very narrow "w" (see in chart)
If you dont have ADA tank it may not fit. I have one AllGlass tank that has a black plastic rim. It NOT able to fit a "pool" pipe.
