Yesterday I went to pick up my purchase of Aquasoil & Powersand. Mike greeted me and pulled me to the side to give me a glimpse of the new ADA product catalog..this is a must have, it goes beyond a mere catalog the first half of the book is a how to. Anyways after I finished previewing the catalog and their new book another must have, Mike took me back to see Jeff, I got the substrate and asked Jeff how much the Aqua Journal mags were, figure I would pick up a copy. Jeff hands me 7 copies and tells me not to worry about it. And if that were not enough, on the way out Mike asks me if I want some cuttings from his new tank some of which are fairly rare plants to get ahold of. He also asked me if I needed any swords..too good to be true...so he bags up 4 new baskets of ozalot swords. Unfortunaly for me Mike had more plants to offer me than I had tank space for.

If you every have a chance to stop by and at the very least take a look, do so you will not be disapointed. These guys are a very class act.

I have heard it before and I will say it again Mike and Jeff's commitment to the hobby is unequalled.

So the catalogs are available from ADG now then?

I hope they didn't make a mistake announcing this... it sounds like they may have created a big demand for them and might not be able to fully supply it... which I hope is false speculation on my part!

No, the catalogs are not available just yet. Kevin was actually at ADG where we do have a couple of advance copies around the office. I never announced that were available now, but rather that I have them on the way. Trust me, I'll be anxious to get them out just as soon as they are in. In fact, I am going to request more from ADA because I want everyone that wants one to get one. Not sure how many more they will be able to send this shipment though. I'll do my best. There will be lots available either way.

Sorry if anyone was under the impression that I received a copy of the new ADA catalog. I just previewed it. My intention was to give a seconed impression of the catalog.
