How long does the processing stage usually take?

I heard from people that it takes a long time to get the Aquasoil shipped to you.

When did you order it?

Be aware that Houston had hurricane Ike and parts of it is without electricity. As far as I know ADG does not have electricity.
You probably are better calling them.

I placed the order on the 15th. I know it has only been 3 days, but if they have everything in stock, why does it still take so long for them to ship? i guess it has to do with the hurricane.

Very sorry for the delay my friend. We just got power back on today after 6 days without it. Very very challenging few days for us having hundreds of aquariums in our care while experiencing the 2nd largest power outage in U.S. history.
All orders will ship tomorrow, and as a matter of poicy, we will beging always shipping all orders within 24 hours-- and on the same day when possible. I will be doubling my efforts in this capacity.

Emergency generators might not be a bad idea for power outage.
