Default Lily pipe question

Are there inlet lily pipes available with a "safety hole" drilled above the main inlet slots (to break siphon in case of a canister seal failure or sililar catastrophe)?

Many plastic pipe users will drill such a hole a little below their water line for insurance against major tank drainage.
