Does that mean thar "new amazonia" has harder grains than both Amazonia I and II, or just harder than the old version or Amazonia II?

In other words, if my decision of what product to buy in the future was based on grain hardness and nothing else, what should I buy? It said the new kind gets their highest recommendation for long term maintenance over both ASI and ASII...

I am confused about whether this new type is just a more durable form of Amazonia 2, or if it is better than both of the old kinds.

Great question!

The New Type replaces both Amazonia I and Amazonia II and exceeds the performance of both due in large part to developments in the manufacturing process.

Basically it has hard grain shells similar to Amazonia I, which previously were not able to be applied to Amazonia II - the harder shell with the higher nutrient composition used to contribute to the initial water cloudiness burst.

So essentially, now with the harder granule shell, the high nutrient content of Amazonia I, and the ability to keep the water clear like Amazonia II, as well as reduce the pH like Amazonia II did (Amazonia I could always reduce water hardness, just not as much as Amazonia II), the NEW Amazonia basically offers the best of both worlds.

Has the tsunami/earthquake/minor radiation apocalypse affected the ETA of your container? I pre-ordered some of the new Aquasoil and I'm curious as to when it'll be coming.

Hello Error,

It did effect our shipping time on the container - however the last container order left about a week ago now and is due in Singapore on April 7th, giving a USA rough estimate arrival of April 20th.

Is this still the case? Just curious. Looking for an ETA.

The Container arrives in the USA on April 21st - we should have it within 4-5 business days of that date, barring any prolonged customs inspections.

Hey Guys,

Due to extenuating circumstances, we've experienced an abnormally long customs processing period. The short version of the story is essentially that we have had to coordinate specific manufacturer information on the products as part of a newly implemented policy.

This has caused delays due to variables such as time zone differences with Japan and China, as well as national holidays in those countries.

However, we have been working around the clock daily with our customs broker and ADA Japan to process new requests from customs for "new standardized," information.

We are hopeful that we will receive the container by the end of the week, and sincerely apologize for the delays that have been incurred through customs since the 21st.

Thank you all sincerely for your patience as we continue to work to get all the pre-orders shipped as fast as humanly possible.
