I have the same algea in my newly established 40 gal. It is starting to cover my riccia. Hopefully the shrimp will tank care of it before it really gets out of hand.
Little did I know..To me that is the second worst algae one can get. BBA takes the cake, Cladophora (on the picture) is next. Outstangind, not just good, plant growth seems to suppress both kinds of algae.
