Looks like you could do with a good fertilizer, if you dont use fertilizer. If you do, then it must be something else, but before I used fertilizer I had some leaves that looked the same. After I began to fertilize reguarly I dont get this problem anymore.

thank you for the reply - and oh yes I do fertilize quite a lot actually ... but I can't find the missing nutrient for this plant - I recently doubled the Potassium and Phosphate doses and it's a little better. Thanks to the plant I can see it improve or get bad very fast since it has new leaf every 3-4 days !!! I love my ECHINODORUS GRANDIFLORUS = )

i have the same problem with this same plant....... i have tried alot of things but now i have like one little dieing leaf left.....sad...all my other plant are growin like crazy cept this and one other
