Both pictures look like the plants are growing well however the only thing I would say is with regards to the tank on the right. Perhaps try positioning large rock on the far right more to the centre of the tank and have the other rocks all leaning slightly towards it.

Otherwise very nice!!

I would also advise to arrange the rocks more "apart", and not all lined up in the center like you did...

cool infact i 've already shifted will try to repost the photo once back to singapore cos now together with my team mate in malaysia doing setup...
