ringram Thank you for your suggestions, I will consider killies. Black "things" are algae. Of course I pump CO2 (yeast). Oh, i forgot to say that I have 6 "Mini Amano" shrimps in this tank.

EDIT: The tank is about 20lts so that makes about 5 galons

Paracheirodon Simulans would probably do nicely in there, a little school of five or six would look great, in fact any of the smaller tetras would, so if you like the look of them, go for it!

PS I like the last of the new photos, the one with the sky blue background, nice job.
