Default My 38gal. Planted Tank.

I have been in the aquarium hobby for 10+ years I have even kept reef tanks. This is the first planted tank that I have ever done. I set this tank up October 28th, 2007. It is now going crazy. Before I got started I did alot of research about plants and aquascaping. Tell me what you think.

It looks nice - mby you have some specs on it?

Only thing is it might be a tad "wild" - meaning that u might wanna focus on getting some foreground plants to build depth, get a clear golden ratio spot and mby add some hardscape that shows a bit more...
Don't take me wrong - it is a beautiful looking tank, better than I could ever do.

Very nicely done! If you're a beginner you've got quite a green thumb. Some of those plants are not easy ones to keep, especially without CO2. They all look great and amazingly healthy and the aquascape is lush and nicely trimmed. Really great work!

No I have not had any problems with the ferts I am using. They have not seemed to have any ill effect on the shrimp. Thanks.

Travis thank you for the complements. I did alot of research before I started out. I also pay very close attention to my tank. I have done many aspects of the aqurium hobby but I think planted tanks are my favorite. I never enjoyed the hobby as much as I do now since I have started doing planted.
