I have used JBL PhosEx Ultra to kill algae, it works. It comes in 2 packages in the box, every 6 months change it. This is a filter medium. | |

Actually Echino tenellus grow under high/bright light, it will turn to pinkish, it shows healthy. Normally grow with green leaves, which means it is insufficient light or fertilizer. | |
