Default New Layout


Hello all...

I'm changing my layout form a dutch style to an aquascape. Please comment as you wish













I'm starting to have some bad problems with algae speacially with these black:



and these green hair (sorry about the quality of photo):



So what can i do to try to stop these algae boom???

I like the slope you've created on the right with the Anubias. The branch and touch of red are great for providing interest. What do you have on the left side of the tank? I can't really see it clearly. You have beautiful discus, too.

For help with algae problems it's helpful to know your tank stats: size, lighting, fertilization regime, and CO2.

In the left i have eleocharis and cuba.

Setup:

size: 120 x 40 x 50
light: 2 x 55w PC + 2 x 40 w T8 , 12h per day
Fertilization: dayly with K, Iron and micro
CO2: +/- 1 BPS
(I will soon post the result of NO3 and PO4)
