The possibilities are endless If you have nothing in mind just start with something, put some wood and rocks and plants in and go from there, where ever your imagination take you. To me the fun of this hobby is that I'm always changing and rearranging. Good luck and post us some pictures.

ur best start would be like me and just go on google type planted tanks and save some picture and then when u go back and look at them look at that picture and ask your self why u chose that picture what is in it you like?

also another good one is RATEMYFISHTANK>COM...save some and start your creation. that size tank in my opinion would be neat with tanganykin cichlids and rocks with java ferns, moss, and anubias. add some frontosas and leilupi, and some julis. http://www.fmueller.com/home/aquaris...nts/java-fern/

this link is very nice idea of what you can create with that tank and its only 40 gallons less then what you have. good luck and let us know

First decide what part of a river you want to create and what part of the world its in. If its a river, do you want to mimic the middle or the side? That kind of thing.

Next: how much money do you have for this?

If you have too much trouble deciding, just ship it to me and throw in enough money for me to outfit it...

200 gallon saltwater reef tank.... .... If you are interested in a natural style tank or dutch and not cichlid.. I would look AGA comp here at similar sized tanks to your own and decide what you like and don't like - go from there.
Hope that helps,
Danny
