Unhappy HELp PLANTS DYING

HI,
I just finished planting my aquarium 2 days ago, all plants were green,
Im using azzoo Carbon Plus 10 ml for my 437 Litres tank, ( 5feet L x 2 feet H x 1.5 Feet H)
i have hairgrass clumps planted every 1.5 inches apart, and aquarose, camboba green, small mint, and a few other plants.
also Java moss and Pelia tied to my drift wood and rocks.
the Pelia moss is lookign awful fully brown now..very few green specs, java moss is also browning.
Yesterday i noticed on the Driftwood, Mopani, i am seeing some cottony like coverings, thread like, white slimy cottony substance covering the wood, and thats also speard small very fine strands to the other plants,
I did suck that cotton stuff out, but its also spread inthe water.
I dont know what to do, How do i avaoid my plants from dying? Is my plant dying coz of less co2? No fishes in my tank, what if i add extra 10 ml of Azoo carbon plus meanign 20 ML total for a 437 Lt tank.

Will it work? I have good substrate, riversand, fertilizers and aquasand, and 3 PL tubes lighting. V bright Light.

The white things is hetrophic bacteria feeding on the sugars from the sap. The same bacteria utilize nitrates and phosphates to utilize the sugars.

What is your water parameters? Did you treat your tap water with a dechlorinating product? What is your light? Tell us everything about your tank.

you need fish, without them the plants have no nitrate. Is the tank cycled? co2 wouldnt be the problem unless you're dosing liquid c02 like excel since moss and pellia will melt if you add that. Do not add liquid co2 with mosses, vals, pellia and some other plants, it will melt them. Otherwise are you sure you have enough light?
