We will be glad to donate a set of Planted Aquarium Magazine and an Annual Convention DVD to award as your HAP coordinator sees fit. Would you be willing to explain just what HAP is, how it works, and so on?

A HAP is a Horticulturist Award Program that works the same way that most fish folk Breeder AP work. Each plant is given a certain point value for reproduction depending on propegation technique. Easy plants get low points, difficult plants get more points, vegetative propegation gets fewer points than sexual reproduction etc. Certain titles are associated with given numbers of points etc.

What we're doing now is giving local clubs prizes to award as they see fit to participants in their HAPs.
