Nope. The NE isn't my bailiwick. If your willing to drive there are probably a few places you can find them You might call Champion and see if they will let you pick up bulbs. Champion Lighting & Supply :: Lighting :: T5 Fluorescent

Champion is in Ambler.

Of course, you can always do what the rest of us junkies do when we need something our lfs doesn't carry. Hop in the car and go to TFP.
