Hey there,

I made a spray bar tonight (considerably more straight forward than i expected, though i know not the most challenging piece of kit!), and attached it to my internal canister filter.
right before the outlet of the filter, and just before where the spray bar attaches, is an inlet for CO2 via standard airline tubing.

The touble is, the bubbles that are escaping from the spray bar are still a little too big.
What techinques are there for encouraging the CO2 to dissolve whilst still in the spray bar?
its not possible to make the spray bar holes smaller or more numerous, as i'm using soft tubing (the only type available in the right size), and small holes just seal themselves again. The number and size of the holes i have is equal to the output of the filter. It was groaning under the pressure build-up in the spray bar, so i made more and more holes until it reached equilibrium. I'm thinking that adding pellets or something in the spray bar itself would only restrict water flow again.

Thank you in advance for your help,

BEN
