So i was considering getting one of those "pulse" solenoids that Aqualine came out with. I rummaged through my aquarium parts box to see what other parts I'll need to hook it up. I found a solenoid that I completely forgot I had. oops. Funny story I thought I'd share.

Too bad it's not a pulse solenoid. A pulse solenoid only uses power while switching. Has anyone used one? I'm curious for user feedback on it.

I'd like to know what these are like too. I tried to get one when my last solenoid failed, but they were pretty new and no one had them in stock. Sounds like a promising product.
