Sorry to bother everyone but I have a simple question. In the instructions the kit states there should be at least one foot, but not more than 8 (or was it 12?) feet, between the endcap and ballast. Are the measuring from the endcap itself to the ballast or from the end of the endcap cord to the ballast? Do they mean one foot as in just the ballast wires or a combination of both the endcap wires and ballast wires?
