Default Hydraulic

So I recently coated my styrofoam in hydraulic cement. Now I'm thinking I want to paint it with latex paint. So I'm left with one option. an epoxy resin right. I can't find any though. I'm in Canada if that helps

Look in the food industry. Food grade paint (2-part epoxy) is available, we used some many years ago. I have NO idea if any nice colors are available, though.
