Default yellow spots

Hello all,

I need some advice on yellowish-brown spots that have shown up the last couple of months on the leaves of most my plants including amazon swords and crypts. Young leaves don't seem to be affected, but as the leaves mature, yellow spots show up and then turn brown. Is this lack of iron? I thought iron deficiency affected young leaves. My tank is two years old with soil/florite substrate. Thank you for any advice.

It could be a sign of potassium deficiency.. You might have to cheat and dose potassium.
