Default Question about lighting for an El natural.

Ok my ten gallong is a high tech tank as of rite now and I am finding that having two high tech tanks running at the same time is a lot of work so, I was wondering if I could still keep my current lighting which is @ 4wpg by 2x20watt screw in pc bulbs. Or would that be way to much light for an El natural.

As you guys now by now I have to have to a filter on my tank as I have done with my 5.5 El Natural. I guess the only thing that will change will be the flourite capped with sand to soil capped with sand and the diy Co2 wil be taken off should I decied to go this route with this tank.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Floating plants and emergent plants would love this much light.
