Default CFL bulbs and fixture

I need to replace the bulbs in my coralife fixture. The original bulbs were 65w. Now, I heard a lot of good things about the GE 9325K and want to give it a try. The problem is these GE bulbs are rated for 55w. So is it safe to use 55w bulbs in a 65w fixture?
