Default Turbo CO2 Bio-System

Has anyone try out this system yet?

It's built exactly like the DIY CO2 system but it has everything factory made including the diffuser, I was thinking of just buying it and make my own yeast mix. I was just wondering if anyone give it a try yet?

For that much money, you could have quite a few DIY C02 setups going. I'd stick with DIY or pressurized eventually.

Yeah it isn't worth it if you are just going to make yeast yourself. Same concept.

I like the diffuser that the system have, very efficient. I could make one using a water pump or a filter but it cost as much as 1/2 of that system.

Does bigger container keep the reaction going longer?

It would depend on the dose of your culture. If it has more sugar than yeast the longer the co2 can last longer but slower to build up and vice versa. There's more to this but this is just a simple explanation.

As for DIY Co2 it seems that having at least 2 bottles
is a must to keep the flow steady. One changed out every week.
The Diffuser/reactor can be made for less then 10 bucks.
Look here.
http://www.aquaticplantcentral.com/f...2-reactor.html

So i'd have to say no, it's not worth it.
