Default I've got green!

Hi all it's been awhile since I've been in the hobby. I've gotten back into it starting with my 20 tall. I've got some plant packages off of some wonderful members here and so far so good!

So to the point... I never had pressurized CO2, and I've recently hooked up an aquatek regulator w/ silenoid to a 20 oz. paintball tank. Since I really have no clue what I'm doing I've been reading here and there. I hooked up the regulator to the paintball tank with an adapter. Ran hosing up with a bubble counter and into the tank with a ceramic disk diffuser. I set the regulator to 3-4 bps and I finally got green on my drop checker.

So my only real question so far is how do I keep the setting and turn off the CO2 at night? Do I just unplug the aquatek regulator w/ silenoid and it will stop running? I can't hook it up to a timer like I originally wanted to do to lack of open plugs where my tank is sitting. Thanks for any info! I'll post pics when my plants fill in a little more.

No need to turn it off at night as there is little savings on CO2 and it will be easier to keep the levels up.
