Default Ebay

Do you ever got things from ebay...
I want to get some glass filter pipes, and you get them for like $20 on ebay.
What do you think?

I have picked up several items thru eBay. Most have been with www.fish-street.com
You get the same product/quality for much less $$$ in most cases.

You can buy from eBay cheaper than in shop. However make sure that seller has positive feedback.

Newt, thanks for the reply to this post. I was wondering, from a shipping stand point in regards to fish street, are you located in the US? If so did you have any problems with shipping aquarium items from overseas? Like issues with customs?

Thanks

I've ordered many times from fish-street. I live in Mass and it takes about 2 weeks but its worth it. You get the same product you'd get from a US supplier but for much less $$$$. No issues with customs.

They sell on eBay and often offer free shipping for the product.

You can definitely find some quality products for cheap on eBay. Usually it goes well I would say. I've had the same experience as Newt with stuff from overseas, I've ordered things from Thailand or Taiwan one or the other multiple times and came in with no problem about 2 weeks to receive. There are occasional mishaps and delays through the mail. Customs normally won't be a problem especially smaller things.
