Question Why 60x30x36 and 90x45x45 are the standard sizes in Japan?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering one of those days why does those sizes mentioned in the subject are the standards for Planted tanks in Japan.

Does it has any relation with the golden ratio or any other natural mathematics resolution?

I tried to Google about it but had no luck finding any answers
