Default Milwaukee ph controller.

Ok so I calibrated it and am currently using it with my Milwaukee regulator and elec solenoid. My question is what ph should it be I have German ble rams a pair a bushy nose pleco corrys and 2 angel fish.

I have been running co2 all night but ph has. Dropped from 7.2 yesterday to 6.5 which I have it set. Is that a good spot? And when the ph gets low enough does the controller auto
Automattically shut off the solenoid? And when the ph rises the co2 comes back on? This is my first pressurized system and def my first ph monitor.

Ok I'm new to the co2 field I have googled, youtubed etc and am having trouble with my system so ppm or soluble something or other are measurements of co2 I'm confused? So what tests do I need to buy to monitor my levels. I have my system set at 6.5 now but that's just the ph. I know that there is a correlation between more co2 dropping of ph. But there's more to it so I have read but do not fully grasp the concept. My indicator is green not yellow but looks saturated on the guide.

Question 2 I have a aqua medic inline co2 reactor. Are the balls supposed to move and diffuse or is the bubble just supposed to flow up? It doesn't seem diffused? I'm just confused behind the science of the reactor. Want to create an efficient system.

6.5 is just ok for the fish and you're right about the PH controller, that's what it do, it turns on if the PH gets high and shuts off the solenoid when it hits your settings (6.5)...

I think you don't have to tinker everyhting that much... If your current settings doesn't any flora and fauna, leave it as is... Just my 2 cents... Though if you need to test, I'd suggest testing the GH and KH of your water (tap and tank to compare)...

The green indicator from the drop checker is just fine, yellow is the one that's too much CO2 (compare to green)...

About your inline diffuser, never had that model but the ball movements will depend on the flow of water from your filter going through it (if it's strong or just ok)... Be sure it's hooked up to the outflow side btw...

The reactor. I think it's lame. I would rather use a nice diffuser. Like the atomic diffuser model.

yes, the atomic diffusors from Greenleaf Aquariums work great, I have an inline one. One less thing to junk up your tank.
