Question Noisy External Co2 Reactor?

Hi all,

I built me an external inline Co2 reactor. It seems to work like a champ. However, it is quite noisy when it's at full operating capacity. I've attempted to attach an image of the design I followed. I'm thinking most of the noise is being generated at the T elbow at the top where the co2 is introduced and the plumbing diameter is still small enough that flow velocity is still really high. What do you all think? Are you external reactors noisy? If not, can you post an image of your designs?

Kinda defeats the purpose of having Eheim canisters in service. Which by the way, are a much better designed filter than those cheasy rena filstars.

How long have you had it running? I'm not really sure why, but in my experience, they become quieter in a little while. I have a similar reactor connected to a 2222 and I can't hear anything.

It's been in service about 3 weeks now.
