ADDing ferts for first time - Fertilizing

i have never added ferts before and hav done a little reading on it.
My tank is a 180g tank with 3.1 wpg, with alot of anbiuas and swords.
Tank levels are.
pH 6.5
gH 4
kH 5
NO2 0
NO3 0
Temp is around 28-29 degrees casue of how hot is it here atm,and planing to get some discus in couple of weeks. So how much should i add? or should i get some other stuff?
