Default "Flowering plant" fertilizer in aquarium

Ive found this "Flowering Plant fertilizer" while I was walking in the garden.

The volume of the bottle is 250ml.
Composition %W/W

NO3: 4
P2O5: 6
K2O: 8
B: 0,01
Fe: 0,02
Cu: 0,01
Mn: 0,01
Mo: 0,002
Zn: 0,01
EDTA: 0,4

From "%W/W" I understood that these numbers are percent in Weight. Am I right?

After seeing this is there a way to calculate how much I could use this in my 10G tank?

Thanks

This fertilizer won’t work well in an aquarium because there is too much of P. Also, garden fertilizer labels usually state only equivalent levels, not the actual chemicals. So why take the risk?
