Discus and EI - Fertilizing

What should you do when your dosing dry ferts with the EI method which calls for a 50% water change weekly and you have Discus which need as many WC as humanly possible? I'm guessing WC throughout the week will mess up the ppm of the nutrients in the tank am I right?

I have discus.... I dose similar to EI.... do one water change a week..... my discus seem just fine.... i wouldnt really worry about it.... then again if you go that route a few weeks and your discus arnt happy..... or are getting sick.... then looking into daily dosing similar to PPS.....

Daily poop removal[gravel vacuuming] and top up of water helps you get by till the weekend waterchange.
With EI you can split the dosing in two or three as Tom does if daily dosing is not preferred
