Default Dosing a 46 gallon

Hey Everyone

I currently have a 46 gallon and trying the EI method but it is a bit different than my old 29 gallon

The current specs are 46 gallon
eheim ecco 2224 (?)
96 watts for 10 hours additional 96 watts for about 3 hours a day
co2 system around 20 - 30 ppm

I am looking at the EI method but should I dose for the 40 to 60 gallon tank?
40-60 Gallon Aquariums
+/- 1/2 tsp KN03 3x a week
+/- 1/8 tsp KH2P04 3x a week
+/- 1/8 (10ml) Trace Elements 3x a week
50% weekly water change

Or is this too much?
