Default excel or pressurized co2?

ok tank is a 20L with 2x24 watt t5ho with slr reflectors. it has decent lite for the size tank.

plants in it now are green myrio, green cobomba and needle leaf rotala, dwarf subulata and microsword. i may add some HC. my envision is a modified iwagumi style tank.

anyways, would flourish excel work or should i go for pressurized co2? should i use excel atleast untill i can get a co2 system?

Get pressure CO2. Excel is a small band aid, pressure CO2 is the cure.

Use excel until you get CO2, and even after you get CO2, it won't hurt.

By Seachem's own FAQ Excel is not as good as C02 but a replacement if your not willing to buy a full pressurized rig.

While pressurized CO2 no doubt would be best for your tank I would recommend at least going with DIY CO2 if that hardware isn't in your budget. You could even use it in combination with Flourish Excel.
