Default Red Sea CO2 indicator

I just bought a Red Sea CO2 indicator. I see in the instructions it says it won't work if under 4 KH? My water is only 2.5 KH. Anyone know if there's a way around this besides raising my KH to 4, which I really don't want to do?

Make your own 4 dKH solution by following the very simple instruction at:

Just remember that 6 grams of baking soda equal to 1 teaspoon.
