Default Ludwigia Glandulosa question

I recently acquired three stems of this gorgeous plant and until this week it has growing great. Now I noticed the new leaves coming in are looking twisted and bent. I haven't changed anything in the dosing or lighting in the tank. I'm thinking its a nutrient problem but have no clue where to look. The tank they are in is a 75 gallon with AH supply 4x55Cf GE 9325 bulbs and 2x54watt T6 5500k full spectrum bulbs for a little over 4 WPG. I've been dosing EI for the last 4 months or so and the plants have been growing great. Co2 is pressurized external reactor on output of an Eheim 2217 and is on the high side of 40ppm. From the reading I've done its sounds like a calcium deficiency but my water is hard- KH-15 GH-18. Could this be possible? Any other ideas? Besides the new twisted leaves the plant looks great and is growing allot faster then I thought it would. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks

Rupy, any time that I have had twisting issues, it was from a Ca/Mg/K imbalance. While your water may be hard, it might have very little Mg for example. Any way to get a hand on your water report?
