Trigger has been a huge help with my seachem dosing and what a difference it's made. Neither of us suspected my pleco. I did give a wafer tonight. We will see if it makes a difference. I would hate to get rid of the sword. The root base is outstanding.

I will be taking care of him 65 dollars is no joke.
I'm going back next week to get the discus I actually wanted he is a red something or another.
He has black tiger stripes with brilliant electric red lines and little details of electric blue. he also cost around 85 dollars.

Okay lemme try and backtrack here lol.....as for the limnophila I don't think its an overdose. By the end of my flourish days I was doing 10ml of NPK 3 times a week because my plants were growing so damn fast. That never happened to my aromatica. Doubt its the bulb also. As for the tank is say that's a good deal. I don't like bow fronts but if you do than go for it. I also have never used a magnum filter. I currently have an eheim 2215 canister. As for your water changes....a lot of people will tell you not to use distilled water.....but I change 5 gallons a week and its always half tap and half distilled and I have never had a problem. So is say do half tap and cut it with distilled. The tap water is what's going to add your hardness and minerals to the distilled. You could even do more like 2/3 distilled 1/3 tap. Depends what you want to get your GH/KH down to. And as for the discus..is say he sounds like another beauty

If you get that 40 make sure you eventually move the discus to that tank. They will outgrown that 29 quickly. a guy I work with got an almost full grown discus after much deliberation to put in his 30 gallon tank. He said after acclimating it for hours, he put it in the tank and it turned almost balck and hid in the corner because it felt so stressed and cramped. He returned to the fish store that same day because he was so nervouse about stressing it to death

Just checked some sources for you Paul. The curled leaves tend to indicate....get this.....too much light and not enough co2. Your lighting may be a little too high. I think if you lower the lighting or raised it off the tank a couple inches THAN your co2 level you have now would be fine.
