Default JBL Proflora u401, tips/tricks

I have just bought a JBL Proflora u401 in a sale (perhaps with a rush of blood to the head), I am basically asking if anyone has any tips as I am completely new to co2 dosing. It is for a tank up to 400L (mine is 650L), I have 2 30 500k t8's and am intending to get 4 39w t5ho's (because these will fit under my lid and either side of bar, and also so nearer the water). Obviously I want the best plant growth/health I can get (I also have a yeast/sugar cannister about a pint in size). A particular issue I have thought of is how to turn it all off at night.

Any thoughts?
