Hi

Here are my first efforts in photographing small, movable objects in my tank Photos were taken with Olympus C-4000, no flash. All comments are welcome.

Those are beautiful pictures Marcin. That tiger barb looks especially nice with perfect looking stripes. Most tiger bars here are so inbread the stripes often do not extend the full width of the body.

Excellent. And I can really appreciate the difficulty of getting those tiger barbs within the frame, much less actually in focus!

is it a problem to get caridina japonica in poland and how expensive are they?, because i had to order/buy mine in austria or czech republic, never seen c.japonica in slovak shops...

It's not so hard to buy Amano shrimp in Poland, but it needs some patience. They cost from 1,50 to 2,50$ each. There's one shop im Krakov (quite close to the Slovakian border) which sells them by mail order. I bought mine in Copenhagen
