Default YAY Hybrid Time!


Well i FINALLY found the Male i was looking for now i can start working on my Selective Breeding! I am crossing a Male Sail fin Molly with 2 Different Lyre tail Female Molly's.The hope is to get a Sail fin Lyre tail Molly!

Not yet, i just put the male in with my Two Lyre Tail females.
Im sure if you Google Sail Fin Molly and Lyre Tail Molly you can get an idea of what i am trying for!

that should be pretty, I am assuming you're trying to get a long-finned type molly. Am I correct in thinking that?

What i am aiming for is a Molly With the Big top "Sail Fin" and A Lyre Tail. Color isn't a Serious concern right now, im more worried about getting the traits of Both Firmly Established into one fish Then ill worry about Color lol

I thought you meant hybridization of species. I think there are lyre tail sail fins out there... or is this just for fun?

Your right, i didnt check after i got the idea, i have never seen them in person or at any pet store. But they do already Exist
They are a pretty fish though
