Hi TAB,

I picked some Threadfin Rainbows up about a month ago, the store owner that had imported them had "weaned" them over to flake food. I feed mine TetraMin Flakes and frozen Hikari bloodworms.

was it frozen cyclopeeze? cus that should work- it's a great food to elicit a feeding response. id try that with a mix of baby brine. sometimes if you mix the foods, they take the one they usually dont eat and get used to it.

frozen daphnia or other worms as suggested should work. live representatives of those would be great as well (live daphnia, walter worms, grindel worms, etc)

GL!

actual live cyclopes. they would swim up to them, look at them for around 10 seconds. then swim away.

wow, were they too big somehow? LOL. crazy fish. it may take them a while to adjust to something. as long as they're eating period, they'll warm up eventually.

even if they aren't eating live cyclops, ive seen fish take cyclopeeze. the stuff is awesome, IMO. I'd feed it all the time if it wasn't $15/bar.
