Dear Olam,

The "El Natural" forum will probably not help you much with the taxonomy of aquatic plants, nor answer your questions. Most of the participants (myself included) are hobbyists interested in simply growing plants, having nice aquariums, and keeping/breeding healthy fish

If you can't find a website devoted to answering your taxonomy questions, write back and I will try to direct you to websites that can.

Oh... Excuse me, perhaps I am trying to deepen too much in this theme.

I accept its proposal and I thank what can inform myself to the respect.

My mail is detodotodo@yahoo.com

Again, thanks.

I skip everything where you're obviously right.
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>2...Anubia barteri var nana..........Anubia barteri var. nana petite <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
There're several varieties inside A. barteri var. nana group, this "petit" one is probably one another member of this "community".
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>4...Bolibits............................. ...Bolbitis heteroclita <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
Most probably "Bolbitis" stands for B. heudelotti.
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>5...Cryptocoryne wendtii......Cryptocoryne wendtii pontederiifolia <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
C. wendtii and C. pontederifolia are two different species.
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>6...E. parviflorus.......................Echinodorus Parviflorus Tropica <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
"Tropica" is a variety of E. parviflorus.
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>9...Ludwidgia arcuata................Ludwigia repens L. arcuata <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
L. repens and L. arquata are two different species too.
