Default Light change and stalled plant growth

Has anyone experienced stalled plant growth due to a change in their lights.
Not too long ago I upgraded my lights from 192w to 260w over my 72G and now I am at a lose to explain why my Limnophila Aromatica has stalled. I've increased all ferts and co2 to make sure it wasn't due to a shortage and I haven't seen anything help. The plant looks healthy just not growing. Previously I didn't know what to do with all the extra growth.

Did you change the color temp of the bulbs?
From what I understand, if you change the color the plants will want to (or have to) form new leaves that are adjusted to that color or spectrum causing dye off of the old leaves, this is why it is not recommended to keep changing color of bulbs, doing so too often will kill plants.
Again, from what I understand, I am no expert.

Might have to do with light intensity. My anacharis and R. rotifundiolia start to bend once they get higher up in the water column. I've read threads on this happening to people with strong lighting. As an experiment, I switched lighting, and after a week or so, the plants started to grow straight again...so this might be a possible reason.

Default In my limited experience

Rotala Macranda, Ammania Senegalensis, and L. Aromatica are plants that just dont do well in really high light tanks (i.e. 3.5WPG or higher).

I have all three and none of them are doing very well in my 3.5 WPG tank (stalled growth, leaf burning, crinkley leaves).

I posted over on the 'other' site about this and found many people struggling to grow these plants under really high lights.

Since my lights are purchased already - a poster suggested that I cycle my lights (I have 4x65W CF)

3 hours 2x65 (back two lights)
3 hours 4x65 (all lights)
3 hours 2x65 (front two lights)

I will let you all know how it goes.
