I placed an order for my ferts and CO2 system on the evening of May 8 last week, so I assume my order was received on May 9. However, as of yesterday, it still hasn't shipped yet, and since they don't send notifications to let you know it has shipped, Im unsure if it was shipped this morning either. I've sent them two e-mails regarding my order, and each time they promised it would be shipped in 24 hours, which so far, as not been the case. Have any of you noticed when buying from them that it took a week or more for them to process your order? I just find it a tad slow. I guess next time I need items I order in less than 2-1/2 weeks, I'll order elsewhere.

Try getting a tracking number, they should have your account info on hand with detialed shipping info. Give them a call maybe.

I've tried calling, but their hotline only deals with placing orders, not checking on another order's status. They directed me to email, which is what I've been trying to do the past few days.

I've ordered from them twice and it took 1 1/2 weeks both times from order to delivery. It was a bit slow for my taste, too, but each time it wasn't something I had to have right away. I still plan on ordering through them for my next round of ferts and misc. (because their prices are a little better), but I agree it would be alot more customer-friendly if they notified us on shipping dates so we know when to expect our goods.

Edit: (Then again, it might be worth a couple more dollars to get the goods sooner and have an expected delivery date...)

I've ordered from them, and took to get it more than two weeks. Slow, but finally got it without problem. Probably they have a lot of orders and small team... If you looking for liquid ferts, this guy ( http://stores.ebay.com/Captain-Aquar...QQftidZ1QQtZkm ) has same prices but quick shipping and good communication.
