recently i moved all my plants to a new tank(and finally used substrate) and now aal of my plants are getting small yellow spots on the leaves that turn to tiny holes, what am i missing??? i have it in a 10 gallon 1.5 watts per gallon i am using flourish and pottasium very heavilly planted .... is it just stress maybe?

What were the specs of the tank it was in before? 15W on a 10gal, is not much lighting. My guess would be that that's a major part of the reason for the problems. Also flourish and potassium alone will not provide all the needed nutrients the plants will need.
