Default A question of Flourish

It is well documented that the use of an airstone in one's tank will cause any injected CO2 to be dissolved, or gassed off. What of Flourish? As I've mentioned elsewhere, I use good ol' DIY yeast and will supplement Flourish soon. In my fear of having a mass die off, I run an airstone at night, so I got to wondering, given that Flourish is a carbon based fert, would this have an effect on levels? Also, does the use of Flourish affect the readings from a drop-checker?

An airstone won't have any effect on the availability of Flourish in the tank.

Do you mean Flourish Excel? No, that will not be affected by an airstone.
